North Caicos, the garden island of the Turks and Caicos
This “Garden Center” of the archipelago has a laid back rural flavor. The island consists of 40 square miles and has some of the islands finest beaches stretching along its northern shoreline.
A population of approximately 1,500 islanders can be found across the island’s 4 main settlements.
Sandy Point, just a cross the inlet from the famous Parrot cay resort, is where the North Caicos ferry currently embarks/disembarks, and will be home to the island's largest marina the North Caicos Yacht Club.
Some of the finest snorkeling and Turks and Caicos property opportunities can be found in Three Marys Cay, which is situated on the islands north shore. Beachfront lots can be found here for under $700,000.
One of the most developed areas on North Caicos is the sub-division of Whitby. Featuring many small hotels, several restaurants and boasting one of the finest stretches of beach on the island. Horsestable beach is home to the St.Charles resort.
