Introducing The Third Turtle Club & Spa, an exclusive Condo Hotel Resort, named after the first hotel and restaurant on the island. The unique and spectacular location consists of a long secluded beach, marina, secluded island and a bluff which has breathtaking views across the marina and out to the ocean.
This development features a variety of luxury residences from studios, one bed suites, two bed suites, three bed suites and four bed penthouse suites. Each residence will benefit from having ocean or marina views, 9-10 ft ceilings, sliding pocket doors to maximize the panoramic views, marble and/or granite work tops, Kohler or equivalent accessories and GE Monogram or equivalent appliances.
The resort’s design will have a Caribbean elegance yet informal feel. The resorts facilities will consist of but are not limited to: infinity edge pools, beach cabanas, casual and fine dining, waterfalls, attractive lagoon pool, Zen garden, a branded spa with individual elevated spa pods, fitness center, tennis court and 30-40 boat docks ranging from 30 to 150 ft. There is also a small island which will be connected by a footbridge for use by owners and for private functions.
