Simon holds formal qualifications in the hospitality industry where he commenced his commercial and business experience. He then moved from the hospitality sector into property development and then Sales and Marketing roles in a pan UK developer and multi-site operator of daycare centers. He then managed his own successful property business which predominantly focused on the redevelopment of properties into luxury condominiums. His previous role before taking over RE/MAX was Sales & Marketing Director for The Third Turtle Club, a large beach & marina development planned for Providenciales. Since entering the real estate industry Simon has excelled; as well as recently completing I.R.E.S. certification he has become a Chairman's Clubs Member and also achieved the sought after Hall of Fame Membership. His motto is to provide a dedicated personal service and the best deal he can find to each and every one of his clients so that they will return and request his services once again. He states that loyalty is his number one attribute.

Cosmo's background is in insurance and finance, receiving professional training in the insurance industry in Jamaica and from the Chartered Insurance Institute in London. He has spent over 20 years in sales; the last five with RE/MAX. In 2006 Cosmo received the prestigious RE/MAX Platinum Award and in 2007 received the coveted RE/MAX Hall of Fame accolade, as a top producer in the real estate industry. He has also earned a place in the Top 100 International as "investor representative".
